A range of innovative types of CanSEALER utilizing nanotechnology for deep penetration and extended protection of concrete structures have been developed. These nano coatings are specifically formulated for diverse applications and are suitable for various phases and surfaces of both new and aged concrete, as well as cementitious and silica-based substrates.
1. STS(IWM)
STS(IWM): Integrated Waterproofing Membrane Sealer is engineered to form a comprehensive barrier against water penetration, chemicals and contaminants. It also prevents steel reinforcement corrosion and efflorescence. This innovative formulation creates a chemically bonded protective membrane within the concrete structure, penetrating deeply into microscopic pores and capillaries. With a penetration depth of up to 80 mm and resistance to backwater pressure of up to 40 bar, STS(IWM) outperforms traditional coatings. It significantly extends the lifespan and structural integrity of concrete, reduces maintenance costs, and lowers carbon emissions and energy consumption by up to 40%. Additionally, it requires minimal surface preparation and is easy to apply. STS(IWM) is ideal for a wide range of applications, including building façades, pavements, underground structures, bridges, ports, and water conservancy projects. Its eco-friendly properties promote durability and innovation without altering the appearance of the concrete.
2. STS(CMix)
STS(Cmix): Waterproofing and Strengthening Admixture is a water-based nano-mixture designed to enhance the workability, durability, waterproofing, and strength of concrete. Added during the concrete mixing process, it reacts with unhydrated cement particles to form crystals or gel that fills microscopic pores and voids between cement particles. This results in a dense, waterproof concrete matrix that increases compressive and flexural strength while reducing early-age cracking and permeability. Additionally, STS(Cmix) promotes the self-healing of microcracks and provides protection against corrosion and chemical attacks, significantly enhancing the durability of the concrete structure.
3. STS(CP)
STS(CP): is a silicate-based curing compound and membrane sealer designed for application on the surface of freshly poured concrete structures to minimize cracks and enhance concrete strength. This environmentally friendly, VOC-compliant solution promotes the formation of additional calcium silicate hydrate (CSH), which densifies the concrete surface, reduces porosity, and improves resistance to abrasion. The STS(CP) sealer creates a continuous, thin film layer on the surface of freshly poured concrete, effectively preventing moisture loss, premature drying, and shrinkage cracking. This allows for an optimal cement hydration process, minimizing the formation of microcracks during the early curing stages. Furthermore, it promotes strength development, enhances durability, and reduces surface dusting, resulting in higher-quality concrete with superior long-term performance.
